  • How far in advance should I book with you?
    Due to limited availability, I encourage you to secure your dates the moment you know I’m the right artist for your dream wedding.
  • What kind of Henna do you use?
    Henna by Aarti uses 100% natural Henna powder made from fresh Henna leaves. The freshly made organic henna paste is made with a mix of Lemon Juice, Sugar, and high-quality Essential Oils.
  • Things I should know before my bridal appointment?
    Bridal Henna application is a long process and I recommend all my brides to wear comfortable clothing. Avoid any lotion on the skin as that can disturb the staining process.
  • Is there a Travel charge involved?
    Yes! Depending on your location, A travel charge might be applicable.
  • When is the best time to get my Henna done?
    The organic henna stain is a process of 48-60 hours after removal. Hence, it is best to get your henna done 3 days prior to the wedding. Brides who get henna done 2 days prior to the wedding also get great stain results. For example, If the wedding is on Sunday, Henna should be applied no later than Friday.
  • What is the significance of Henna?
    Today, Henna is mainly used in the celebration of special occasions such as weddings, Bridal Showers, Sweet 16, Birthdays, Bar Mitzvah, Baby Showers and the joyous gathering of people. The Henna paste symbolizes good health and prosperity in marriage, and in some cultures, the darker the henna stain, the deeper the love between two individuals.
